Granitestone Diamond pan does it stick does it scratch?

Picked this pan up for $20. It is very similar to the Granite Stone brand pans, but does a better job with sticking.

With a hot start this pan does great, but from a cold start not so much. Gotham, Red Copper and even Target's store brand ceramic cookware do better from a cold start. Obviously cold starting an egg is not ideal or even advisable, but I like to test under non-ideal conditions.

Overall the pan did just fine, the only bad part is that the pan is advertised as metal utensil save, but after frying 3 eggs and using a metal spatula (Very gingerly IMHO) there was a large scratch in the pan....so stick to plastic, wood, or silicone utensils on this pan.

Overall the pan is not perfect.....but none of them are.....I still think the Target brand pan is the best for the money, but if you are going for black cookwear you should choose this over Granite stone.
