Dave Rubin of The Rubin Report talks to Liz Wheeler, Janice Dean and Josh Hammer about CNN’s Chris Cuomo scandal, the possibility that the Dobbs v Jackson case could overturn Roe v Wade, and Joe Biden restarting Trump’s stay in Mexico policy. The new Chris Cuomo allegations suggest that he was abusing his position in the mainstream media to gain info to assist his brother Andrew Cuomo in defending himself from allegations of sexual harrasssment. Chris Cuomo is currently suspended indefinitely, but will CNN fire him? Next, Dave discusses how the Mississippi abortion law might be what results in the US Supreme Court overturning Roe v Wade. Recent Supreme Court justice appointments like Amy Coney Barrett have made the court more conservative, but how will they rule in this major case? Finally, Joe Biden has decided to restart Donald Trump’s “remain in Mexico” policy after ending it soon after taking office. The Democrats have been unwilling to put forward any serious immigration reform, so it's telling that the border crisis has forced Biden to admit his immigration detention plan has failed.
