Jussie Smollett Defense Attorney Claims the Judge "Lunged" at Her When Calling for a Mistrial

The most obvious attempt to get their floundering case thrown out occurred Thursday when Attorney Tamara Walker, one of Jussie Smollett's defense attorneys, accused the JUDGE, Cook County Judge James Linn of lunging at her during a sidebar when she asked for a mistrial. She was questioning Olabinjo Osundairo about previous comments when the Prosecution objected to that line of questioning, which Judge Linn sustained. She summarily threw a hissy-fit when the mistrial wasn't granted; storming off in tears with her mommy, literally.

The Osundario Brothers, Abimbola included, were cross examined about their interaction with Smollett and it was nothing but swings and missesses from the defense. Sucks to suck.
