The failed organisations under DEFRA I deal with this week are the Marine Management Organisation, National Forest Company and Natural England, where in each instance this is pure agenda and ideology.

I do intersperse this with a brief lesson into what is being re-written, which is the law of diminishing returns, and why this whole ideology is economically retarded.
