This video allegedly shows a scientist (not Gates) making a presentation to the Pentagon regarding a gene modification of the VMAT2 or "God Gene" that scientists think they can control the population using their "frankenscrience". This video is allegedly being called out as a fake by a person named Ryan Harper claiming to be its author. Fake or not, it fully illustrates the madness in science today.
