Broken innovative technology Victrola record player stuck on CD will not play

very sad...my first review of this product was after about a year of use...the product was going strong, but now it is non functional. The item powers on but is stuck on CD mode and does not actually play the CD.....i am guessing there is some electrical issue....innovative technologies has not been accessible as a company and I have only heard bad things....so this is the last time I ever buy from this company.
