Holiday Baking Series ~Episode 1~

I have had a book in my bookshelf for years called Gooseberry Patch Christmas. I have looked through the book several times but have never made any of the recipes in it. This year I decided to try a few. I have chosen 4 recipes to try and have created a Holiday baking series, this is episode 1. We will be making and trying a different kind of cookie called Coffee Hermit Cookies.
