A MUM has lost 181lbs after realising she was too heavy to play with her child. Jamilla, 28, was 306lbs at her highest and gained most of it after the birth of her daughter. Her lightbulb moment came when she took her daughter to the park and realised she couldn’t play with her like other parents with their children. Jamilla told Truly: "I was addicted to food, if I was happy, I’d eat and if I was sad I’d eat." Jamila underwent bariatric surgery but although it was a starting point, Jamilla says the hardest thing about losing weight was changing her mentality around food.
