Two black men beat man to pick his pockets in New York

Police in New York City are seeking the identity of two black men who beat a victim to the ground in order to pick his pockets. The victim was hit on the head with a brick and kicked in the face. The incident happened on East 165th Street near Tintoretto Ave. 800-577-8477
