Ghost caught on security camera at psych hospital

I work at an inpatient psych hospital. There have been lots of odd things going on and most staff members have strange stories. I have seen lights and faucets turn on and off by themselves, medication and charts fly across the room, and seen strange shadows in empty rooms. We noticed something strange on one of the security cameras the other day in an empty room.. What do you think?
