The shocking comparison of the false prophets of today as compared to the false prophets of Jeremiah's day. Those who rebuked and punished Jeremiah who was speaking for God and the other true watchmen who speak God's word as compared to the false prophets who tell Israel lies.

The Truth:

True Christians know we are to pray for Israel as the Apostle Paul prayed: That Israel will be saved (Romans 10:1 KJV); Only after the time of Jacob's Trouble will ISRAEL know true peace and NOT until that day. The Church is NOT SPIRITUAL ISRAEL. This lie is straight out of Replacement theology. The church has not replaced Israel. God definitely has a plan for Israel. Israel is NOT on a different salvation plan. They need Jesus Christ. Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea a remnant shall be saved in that approximately 1/3 will come through the fire of the Tribulation Romans 9:27, Isaiah 10:22, Daniel 9:24-27, Zecharia 13:9 KJV. The New Testament is God's word and what is written is the truth. The same blood lines from Esau to Nimrod to the Pharisees to the Judaizers to the national unrepentant state of Israel exist today and what nothing to do with Jesus Christ as the Messiah. That's why we Christians pray Israel may be saved as did Paul. Jewish Roots and Christianity are polar OPPOSITE. A prominent Rabbi, Rabbi Eliezer Berkovits writes that "Judaism is Judaism because it rejects Christianity, and Christianity is Christianity because it rejects Judaism." Sadly, most if not all of Messianic Jews suffer from a major Identity Problem. They honestly believe they must maintain major aspects of their Jewish faith and when confronted with the Pauline Epistles compared to the Gospels, they mix the two, not to mention mixing in some Mosiac Law here and there you end up with a mess. The root cause here is the failure to understand 2 Timothy 2:15 KJV - meaning they do NOT understand Dispensations of the Bible. They also fail to understand that there is JUDAISM and CHRISTIANITY are not compatible since Judaism rejects Jesus Christ as the Messiah and True Christianity has this at its very foundational belief.
