As I write this the date is December 7th, a date that lives in infamy. On this date in 1941 the United States was attacked by foreign powers, drawing us into world war II. Today, as we remember those who died at Pearl Harbor, and in the war that followed, we find the country under attack, this time by powers both foreign and domestic.

The very people we have entrusted with the sacred responsibility of preserving our freedoms are actively working to undermine them, and steal away our future. While there is a lot of bad we could talk about, a lot of good is happening as well. People are rising to the occasion, and freedom is being preserved. We must continue the fight to preserve freedom. We may go through hard times in the near future, but as long as freedom is preserved we will get through them in the end.
