RTD speaks on mask policy and enforcement after some passengers complain not everyone is complying

RTD says customers and operators are required to wear masks while waiting for a bus or a train and while riding on the system. But despite being mandated, RTD says there’s a fine line between enforcement and the safety of everyone on board.
