Juma on positive results happening but being censored by the media, "those that know, they know; those that don't know, don't matter", police supporting the rallies, building the foundation for freedom (separate from existing foundation), continuing to be a free man on captured land.

David on people gravitating towards the truth, wearing a mask breaking your spirit but then giving you the strength and courage to fight for freedom, early treatments for symptoms (especially within the first week) alleviating the fear.

Jamil Popatia (DignifiedDialogue.ca, [email protected], clinical and family counsellor, nonviolent communication) on walking with prideful dignity, pulling son out of gym requiring injections, new private gym telling people to mind their own business and inspiring them to take off the mask, being inspired by Egyptian spiritual ancestors who could not be truly conquered by the British: "how do you conquer people who see paradise through the barrel of a gun", "the worst that could happen is that you can die, which is not a big deal from a God-centered perspective (rather than a flat secular perspective), being less about movement and more about stillness, being calm in the face of chaos, retaining your freedom, resisting collective guilt (modern language of social justice today), our bodies are separate from our souls, Malcolm X wanting human rights not civil rights, segregation in houses of worship, like-minded souls finding each other, getting close to the place where you're uncomfortable (e.g. being maskless in stores, restaurants, etc), encouraging real-life interactions with others, realizing intangible exchanges that happens with handshakes and hugs.

Vlad on book recommendations (Four Agreements, Man's Search For Meaning, Infinite Mindset), choosing who you want to be regardless of what's going on around you, being in a human rights movement rather than a civil rights movement, Austria not allowing people to exist without the jab, HugsOverMasks resulting in connection with Jamil (small breadcrumbs leading to bigger things, confirmation of being on the right track), people's minds expanding and people becoming empowered only when they have personal experiences, having faith that everything is happening by design, anything done against the human spirit will only make humanity stronger (that's why humanity always prevails), SOWING THE SEEDS OF GREATNESS, the virus of fear, assault on humanity has been going on for so long that most are conditioned to seek comfort in every area of their lives, seeking discomfort to grow instead of becoming lazy, weak and stupid, New Brunswick coercion with businesses, Quebec spending the most money to promote fear agenda than all provinces combined, Australia using contact tracing to quarantine everybody, people who implement the restrictions are usually the first to go, big Ottawa rally this week, helping people be more in tune with who they are, "a tyrannical government cannot exist when you have healthy, wealthy and independent people".

Maggie in Kanata ON on emotional Quebec City trip fighting for freedom (officials refusing to honor mask exemptions, high compliance), Farm Boy honoring exemptions, helping entrepreneurs and executives get more mental resiliency, become more productive, working on a book about the dangers of marijuana (THC - tetrahydrocannabinol) on a developing brain (youth), doing hair and mineral testing, helping people heal themselves, getting more people to think independently and become critical thinkers, drinking clean water and eating better foods.
