I could use some Help/Advice

I was thinking sampling some of the drum from either this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-TkQkyXV-M4 or this
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yWkv_J9wRmg But Youtube wont let me.

But I am very open other music. Got any ideas of public domain music I could sample?
