Why do people stay in abusive relationships (with real examples)

We often see videos and hear others talk about red flags of an abusive, toxic relationship. But we may wonder why do people still choose to stay when they can easily see how unhealthy these relationships are for them. Today I am talking about 3 major reasons why this is the case with my own examples from my previous relationship.
