What is this Balloon Looking Object flying in Front of the Moon? (found on telegram)

Today with all the advance camera and video equipment we have - people are recording amazing things happening in our sky. This video was found on telegram (the creator of it is unknown) and shows a strange black object passing in front of the moon - it looks like a high altitude balloon holding something - but how can this be -- don't we have satellites to do this - or as they say within the Flat Earth Community there is no outer space so NASA can only be using high altitude helium type balloons - you decide ...
