Tobias Tissen is a young pastor with the Church of God just south of Stenbach, MB. Tobias has been persecuted by provincial government officials for what they say are several breaches of the so-called "emergency health orders" including drive in services in the parking lot of i church. He was thrown in jail for non-compliance and this interview happened just following his release.
