Exodus Chapter 34 Verses 1 Through 10

Moses goes back up to mount Sinai but this time he has to hew out the two stones and carry them up for God to write on them. This is a contrast from the first tablets which were both provided to Moses by God and written on by God. As He talks with God he proclaims his name to Moses, and at the hearing of that name Moses falls down to worship.
