THE GENIUS OF BELA LUGOSI

Ed Wood’s 'Bride of the Monster' (1955) gave us Dr. Eric Vornoff (Bela Lugosi) who was labeled a madman and banished from his homeland some years earlier, never to see his wife and children again – for conducting atomic energy experiments to create super-humans.

In the attached clip, a professor Strowski has just finished explaining to Dr. Vornoff how today everyone sees his brilliance, how he (Strowski) has spent years searching the world for him, and that now he’s here, “To bring you home.”
