About an hour and $138, RPS Hawk 250 Exhaust install and test.

Installed the aluminum exhaust system with apark arrestor on the Hawk (they also offer a titanium SS without arrestor) “where to buy” details below. It made a noticeable difference in power, probably 3 HP or so, I will have to rejet up a few on the Main Jet. It does come close to the airbox, so you'll have to make some adjustments there and I wrapped that area with heat tape.

The exhaust is not too much louder than the stock exhaust and has a deeper tone, it also shaved a few pounds off the weight of the bike.
