SPH Exposé Salma Khalik

We have sued SPH for 2 False Statements in Court:
1. "Only fair to protect vulnerable in S'pore against Covid-19 spread by unvaccinated people" - Ms Salma Khalik
2. "People who are not vaccinated face a much higher risk of getting infected and spreading the disease" - Ms Salma Khalik
To which, the journalist, Ms Salma Khalik, gave a statement under oath, "Our Statements Are Not Statement of Fact" on 24 November 2021.
Their law firm is Allen & Gledhill.
When people submit their statements in Court of Law, they would ensure that they answer correctly to comply with the oath - to which their reply is, "this is not a statement of fact".
