Update for Jay - 12/12/2021

Jay, this is just to give you an update and to let you know that I am still working on this diligently. I've had to deal with a number of issues I didn't initially anticipate which have slowed me down considerably. Once the beta version is ready, any additions to the application should move relatively quickly in comparison to the length of time this initial release has taken to complete.

Hopefully it will not be too much longer, I am and have been working on this relatively steadily. I intend on getting this to you as soon as possible.
