🔹️Ingredients:
2 eggs, 1.5 cups warm milk, 1 cup sugar, 1 tbsp dry yeast, 100 g melted warm butter, you can also use margarine, 1/2 cups vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, 6 cups flour. For brushing 1 yolk + 1 tablespoon milk

First, make a dough starter: take milk, add yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar and 2 tablespoons flour. Wait for the yeast to activate. Next, add all the ingredients and knead a soft elastic dough. Set it to rise to a warm place for 1.5 hours. Next, form buns and set again to rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. At the end, brush with egg yolk and bake in an oven preheated to 356 F for 30 minutes.
