I broke this training down into segments that make sense, but also added the nuance of where technology is going in regards to politics.

I break down the election cycle in a manageable way that makes sense using the seasons of football as an analogy for how we should be applying efforts at the county level.

This video can also be good for candidates as they go forward. Above all, I want people to realize that no team shows up at the Super Bowl without going through the motions to get there. Success is a planned event. If we all know this going into it, we can be successful on the other end.
