It appears that with the Luciferase Nanoparticles in the vaccine, they can tag your cells with bioluminescence so that when under a UV blacklight your hands will glow. In addition, the cells will glow under digital imaging technology and perhaps certain camera systems. That way they know who has the mark and who doesn't. This technology is used with SPIONs (nanotechnology) for cancer treatment therapy using Luciferase bioluminescence.
