Security Guard Beats Up Man in Guangzhou City 广州保安当街打人

On Dec 12, a man beat up another man in Guangzhou city in China. Nobody intervened. It was said the man who used violence is a security guard hired by Xinxuan Live Broadcast Base. The police later announced this man was arrested.
12月12日，广东广州白云区江景路辛选直播基地门前公路上，一男子遭到另一名男子长达数分钟的殴打。视频在网上曝光后，有网友质疑该打人男子为辛选直播基地的保安。
广州白云警方通报称，已将打人者，嫌疑人梁某（男，41岁，黑龙江人，无业）抓捕，并处以行政拘留15天的处罚。
