Co-signing, or becoming "surety," is fraught with difficulties and many who do such a think will "smart" for it. If you choose to do so, just be ready to "smart" for it and not complain since you know what you're getting into. Thankfully, Jesus became "surety" for us and stood in to pay our debt of sin!
