Australia's Lockdown . . Rendering Unto Caesar? OR Draconian Measures?

Australia is enduring an endless hell through mandated lockdowns, censorship on social media, horrendous arrests, and Freedom of movement within Australia has more or less seized! As members of the Church, how do we know when rendering unto Caesar has gone far enough . .When do we speak out? Or do we endure it until the Savior returns?
