John Stossel filed a suit against Facebook because their “fact checkers” inaccurately labeled his video about California wildfires as “misleading.” Facebook went on the record saying that the the labels attached to Stossel’s videos are not defamatory.

A federal judge in Georgia last week suspended the Biden administration's COVID-19 virus vaccine injunction against federal contractors, dealing the latest legal blow to the administration's agenda. In addition to the mandatory vaccine measure, the Biden administration has received a series of warnings from U.S. courts about the White House's use of executive power.
