Spot on Wednesday

As I bit down the burst of flavor stimulated a physical and emotional response I hadn't expected.

A memory.

There is a difference you know.

From the major brand choices front and center I've often selected one over the other without regard.

When push comes to shove it's just a general flavor selection but the level of satisfaction lacks the craving fulfillment.

How was I brought back to that moment in time? Better yet why?

As this memory flooded in, I remember the moment sitting at the bar with my favorite soda pop enjoying the treat.

Always good.

No harm would or could certainly come.

Now the moment's gone, filled back up with the hustle and bustle of the day.

Odd or not, it's surprising how these subtle influences can change your thoughts in a moment's notice.

Since 1980 the slogan has been ingrained in the American culture.

Betcha can't just eat one.

The story doesn't start there it actually starts back in the mid 60s...

Remember that why things get stored away the way that they do for recall is as you unique as you are.

These memories good or bad influence us as adults.

They either make us better people or they take us down the rabbit hole. #dbrn
