DEBATE: Should We Hold An Article V Constitutional Convention?

The answer we are looking for.... Do we actually need to modify the Constitution at all or should we just start following it properly?

In 2019 the Utah legislature passed Senate Joint Resolution 9 sponsored by Sen. Evan Vickers calling for an Article V Convention. Sen. Vickers gives his perspective for why he supports an Article V Convention.

Robert Brown served as a Coordinator and Regional Field Director for The John Birch Society. He has produced a six lecture series known as, "The Constitution is the Solution," and provides his arguments on why he is against an Article V Convention.
