Voter Registrations Handled By E.R.I.C. For 31 States And DC

31 states and the District of Columbia use the Electronic Registration Information Center (E.R.I.C.) for their voter registrations. E.R.I.C. is supposedly "owned and operated by member states" but actually only enters into an agreement with the organization (set up by the Pew Charitable Trust, Philadelphia, PA and was "started as a Blue State project).
