Ian Heinisch is scheduled for a UFC return on February of 2022. The active UFC middleweight stopped in for a chat with the Lytes Out crew and let's just say that Ian felt like talking!

We assure you Ian has a back story like few others. A high school wrestling champion ho was expelled in his senior year, his life took a turn where he was an international fugitive and spent a few years in jail overseas and in the USA.
