Hey, this is Josh with hgh.expert. And today we're going to talk a bit about human growth hormone, um, is live. You may know, or maybe you're finding this for the first time. And you'd have to know you had that cancer or that tumor, and then continue to do. And even then they haven't done the studies to really prove that it would, it's just a theoretical kind of situation, but it's real easy. If that ever happened, you stopped taking the growth hormone. It's only in your system for about 12 hours.
So it's real simple. You stop taking it. It's out of your system. You go, you treat your cancer growth hormone. We have another doctor from up in Seattle area and he's explained it to me. He goes, no, they're just using fillers that make your fingers and arms tingle. So people think they're on growth hormone. As that's not a side effect to growth hormone. If you start doing higher doses, even for a or up, you might get some carpal tunnel, your fingers and arms dump.
Uh, we've got patients that are body builders that do 10 20 IQ. It gets crazy expensive. They have to inject insulin with it, but their arms are not tingling. That is a bunch of crap that they tell you in these forums that does not mean it's real. Um, and that's a tough part. You can't just go test this because you can go test your IGF one levels and the real stuff will be.
But you know what? The 1 92 chain will also, the problem is when you stop taking that, we see so many guys that were running the 1 92 Chan amino acid growth, hormone, fake growth hormone for years, and they come do their IGF one levels. And they're down at like 50 or lower. I mean, I'm naturally at one 15.
That's usually where we see people between 100 and 200. So if you're going to use a fake stuff, just know it comes with. The real stuff does not. I've been on it for nine years. I've tested my blood work after a week, month, years on it. If I stopped taking it today and I do blood work tomorrow, my IGF one will be at one 50 consistently.
So that's how it's not in your system that long. So if you ever want to test it and you want to be accurate the way you do it is your first test. You need to not be on it. You need to fast at least eight to 10 hours. Do your blood drop, check your IGF one and G. You're going to see what your baseline is.
Then maybe say a month after you've been on growth, make sure the day you test you inject two and a half to three hours before they take the blood sample. So if blood sample times at 9:00 AM, it's six 30 in the morning is when you should have shot up that growth hormone, because that's going to show the peak and now you have a control to your future experiments to compare to.
So another month out, if I want to compare the results from that to the next, I need to inject it at the same time. To have that control and accurate results.
