How to be successful at submitting any big Dog.

This big bully refused to listen to my commands , and then try to dominate me by jumping and nipping at my hands, I grab him by the collar and forced him down , I won't let him up into he submitted,repeat this everytime the dog displays undesirable behavior, if u don't check these behaviors it will lead to a unhealthy situation for everyone involved, this is how to talk to them in their language.
