zebras have to risk crossing many rivers in order to access the grass they need so badly to survive. If the zebras do not reach their food source, they may die. Sometimes, after crossing a river full of hungry crocodiles, zebras will not find good grass on the other side. Then they will turn around and cross the same river to face the nasty crocodiles again.
