Bill Joy, co-founder and Chief Scientist of Sun Microsystems, was co-chair of the presidential commission on the future of IT research, and co-author of The Java Language Specification, confirms from a secular fundamentalist perspective the total collapse of moral bioethics, just as H. Tristram Engelhardt, Jr. does in his book "After God" written from an Orthodox Christian perspective. Joy predicts the extermination of humans via amoral technological advancement, Engelhardt predicts near extermination of humans via amoral technological advancement. Both analyses are TRUE, though the solutions are very different, and come from different understandings. In a short talk, Jay Dyer does an excellent synopsis of why the only answer is "life in God" not merely abstract belief, but actions based on the objective realities of TRUTH, which is the reality of God's presence with us. That engenders life, amoral technological advancement means human extermination. Satan has been training humanity for a long time to create the multiple weapons of their own annihilation.
