Costway Bugout Cart part 2

In this video, I review the modifications I have made and explain future modifications I plan on using to make the cart easier to use and more versatile. The idea is to be able to pull it while having my hands free to carry gear or move obstacles in the path. I also will try to see if I can get it to float while fully loaded. Water obstacles will be a huge challenge without a cart. With it unable to float it will create a lot more work to get across with all the gear. More time in the field will teach us what is needed and what is a waste of time.
