190329 C and R Model RR Museum

The C&R Railroad Museum is located in Phillipsburg, KS. It features a Lionel layout developed and given to the town by Bill and Loretta Clark. After WW2, Bill Clark became the town photographer in Phillipsburg for 60 years. He was also a railfan who had a layout in his studio. After retirement, he arranged to build the community center and had his layout expanded and installed there.
