MORGAN: Alberta EMS crisis becoming acute

Alberta's Emergency Response System has been in a crisis for years and it is only becoming worse. Since the Stelmach government brought EMS services under the AHS umbrella in 2009, ambulance response times have continually extended to the point where it has become a crisis.
