INGREDIENTS:

1.5 cups flour (glass volume 200 ml)
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
a pinch of salt
1 egg
1 cup milk (glass volume 200 ml)

1. First, mix all the dry ingredients: flour, salt, sugar and baking soda.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg with milk and vegetable oil until fluffy at high speed.
3. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and continue to beat.
4. Fry in a hot frying pan without oil. Turn over as soon as bubbles appear on top.
