simple multimeter repair - leaked battery cleanup

This multimeter had been sitting unused for several years with the batteries in it... And, of course they leaked.

Today I'm doing a quick clean-up to bring the meter back to life.

This is a repair that everyone is probably going to have to do at some point on something. And it's easy.
