William Smith more commonly know as “Smitty” Im an owner/ operator of Note Starter Capital Investments. Note Starter is a Cash-Flow mortgage Note Dealer. Focusing on first position performing and non-performing notes on residential, multi-family, and commercial real estate. We specialize in helping people safely earn high ROI with cash-flow Notes secured by real estate. We are looking for individuals who is interested in investing in safe, better than average returns which are back by real estate.

Been in KC entire life . I have 30 years invested in the telecom industry. I started my investing in 2006 but been in the note space since 2019. I discovered notes at the local KC MAREI meetup. Something about being the bank held my interest. No tenants ! I was all in.

The goal for Note Starter is to revitalize neighborhoods and keep working citizens in their homes by not being bound by the same restrictions as banks. In addition to providing our investors with substantial returns on their investments with notes.
