Trudeau is still a dictator, even if this clip out of context (see description)

UPDATE: Many of us took this clip to mean literally what Trudeau is saying. We've since learned he was apparently expressing his opposition to the Notwithstanding Clause in our Constitution that his father put in back in 1982 so that the provinces would agree to the Constitution as they had a fear of losing autonomy. Mostly everyone took it this way because Trudeau has been violating our Constitutional rights for the past 2 yrs, like detainment without due process (his covid hotel prisons, which were bad enough but also where multiple women were assaulted), restricting travel within Canada based on a medical procedure that is STILL in human trials and so far proven to be useless in doing what it's supposed to do while ending the lives of many, the mask mandates, lockdowns, and so on. This specific clip may be out of context, but we don't need confirmation that he's a fascist dictator who wants so badly to be just like the leader of the nation he admires most, China, as he stated back at Liberal fundraiser for women when asked which nation he admired most.
