Happy Tuesday - Random Live Stream - Pre-Christmas Chaos

As we are all getting ready for the wonderful Christmas Holiday, one thing we can not forget about is the crazy week of Christmas Chaos. This is the week that we all know to be the typical time for the "Wait to Last Minute" customers, the "I am Leaving Tomorrow and I Need It Now" customers and of course my personal favorite, "No, I Didn't Have An Appointment, but I Need My Car Fixed Today" customers.

We all know and love them (insert sarcastic cough here). However, we should start looking at these as the more comical sides of our business and thinking of loving condescending ways to tell them no. Always remember, one of these customers, will never be a perfect survey!
