SCS EPISODE 59. THE CALM BEFORE ...

In this not very Christmassy episode, I continue to look at the agencies under DEFRA and cover Dartmoor National Park Authority, the Drinking Water Inspectorate and Exmoor National Park Authority.

There is an open invitation for someone to let me know how it is that a Profit & Loss statement looks like the one I present, which is clear as mud, and contrary to any accounting standards I know of.

There are discussions to be had in realisation that the UK has for some time now been conducting the developments of 'Natural Capital', where the importance comes about through attempt to monetise that which is common land, and hence should be free to all, and of course, due to this being typical crony socialist lunacy, why they can't even do that profitably.

There is also a little indicator of risk comparison in the water, where some contaminates, along with most everything in the world, have a higher risk than the moronovirus, but ho ho ho, keep shitting your pants over a prank that has never been worse than 0.2%.
