Episode 21 Full. Fact Checking the CDC and CRT memes. Verdict... Misleading

We start with a recap of our discussion on natural vs. injected immunity to the virus. Adding to the discussion from last time is the data from Israel on reinfection rates. Previously infected individuals still hold strong with a robust immune response and, per the data, better than the other available options.
Enter the CDC. New study shows benefit to getting the shot in addition to the protection from natural immunity. Sam's point here is that the benefit (2.32 times) is actually very small. It's benefit within the difference between existing protection and 100%. Add to that, go to the discussions to see all the reasons the number is most possibly an overstatement.
Last we bring forward some circulating CRT in schools memes. The frustrating part of all this is the dishonesty. CRT is not teaching black history. CRT is about systemic power structures that prop up the majority "race".
