Warhammer 40K Tyranids: The Warrior

While painting my Tyranid Warriors I delved into their physiology, psychology and capabilities, and was intrigued by an old reference where one of the writers talked about the reason they look like the way they do now (rather than their original 'dinosaur' design) is not retcon, rather evolution.

Also, the details of what Tyranid weapons do to targets is pretty nightmarish and tons of fun to illustrate.

Anyways, I played with making some of my doodles look like holographic projections and decided for fun to dust of the silly accent I used to use for a psychotic warrior priest in Labyrinthe LARP and make an Imperial educational lecture.
