Episode 23 Bonus content. Systemically Racist Fat Cells!

We had an extra few minutes after filming episode 23 so Heath wanted to see if he could throw a health related curveball at me. I didn't expect the question but it's actually something that I've thought long and hard on doing lots of research. I think we'll expand this talk as I have similar thoughts with regard to other systematic patterns we see in today's landscape.
